This website is made as a place to get some facts about the HPV vaccine other than the basic information the vaccine manufacturers and health authorities may give you.

There are many, many doctors, medical researchers and scientists as well as numerous more natural holistic practitioners (such as Homeopaths and Osteopaths) who have very serious concerns about the HPV vaccine (brand names Cervarix or Gardasil) and what it may do to YOUR health either in the short or long term.

Please take the time to read through some of the information given here and elsewhere, find the facts about HPV and the vaccines before you make a decision that could affect your health.

Remember it is your body and your health. YOU have the legal  right to say what you put in it - including, if you choose,  saying ‘no’ to any vaccination that is offered to you.

Did you know?

• Approximately 50- 75% of sexually active men and women acquire genital HPV infection at some point in their life, yet over 90% of the time your body clears up the infection by itself!

• Most cases of persistent HPV infection that could ‘possibly’ go on to cause cervical cancer are picked up during smear tests and treated, before cancer develops.  Most deaths from cervical cancer are in those not getting regular smear tests.

• In a safety vaccine trial in America, women who smoked were found have a 3.42 times greater risk of developing cervical cancer than had women who had little exposure to tobacco smoke. Also, women whose diets were high in vegetables had half the risk of getting cervical cancer.

• Also linked to increased risk of cervical cancer is HPV infection at a young age, immunosuppression, smoking, and co-infection with herpes simplex virus or Chlamydia trachomatis. (info)

• The Cervarix Vaccine contains 0.5mg of Aluminium Hydroxide- a known neurotoxin (info)
• There is no data showing the vaccine remains effective after more than 5 years (meaning you will need to keep having more vaccines and more of their toxins, and possible side effects)
• There have been many serious side effects from the vaccine- genital and facial warts, convulsions, seizures, epileptic fits, diminished vision, paralysis, severe allergic reactions, even causing cervical cancer, and over 78 reports of death.
• The safety studies were done on young women age 15-26 yet they are now vaccinating much younger girls who have possibly not been through puberty, with no regard or testing as to if this could affect their future fertility.
• The vaccine has only been shown to be effective against 2 strains of HPV which are estimated to cause 70% of HPV related cervical  cancers. As cervical cancer causes around 1000 deaths in the UK each year, this vaccine could ‘possibly’ save around 700 deaths. Obviously each death is tragic, but a very low number and risk, and most are prevented by getting smear tests.
Are the risks and side effects of the vaccine worth taking, especially if you may have to repeat the vaccine every few years?
• Some of the safety trials are still going on- yet girls are still being vaccinated with the future results not known. Does it suppress the 2 high risk strains (16 & 18) yet make the other 127 strains more likely?
• Theoretically the HPV vaccine could even make cervical cancer more common in 20 -30 years time - we just don’t know as there has been no long term testing!
• Cervarix has cells derived from 'Trichoplusia ni' the Cabbage Looper Moth!  But there have been no studies conducted in regards to effects of insect DNA interaction with human DNA.
